USK & Aceh Government Hold Application Training of SRIKANDI

Universitas Syiah Kuala in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Aceh Government, under the coordination of the Office of International Affairs (OIA) and ICT Center, successfully hold application training called Integrated Dynamic Archive System (SRIKANDI) on 10-17 January 2023 at ICT Center building of Universitas Syiah Kuala and BPSDM office.

SRIKANDI is an application owned by the government as a general application in the archives sector that can support electronic or digital-based archive management.

The training was facilitated by Universitas Syiah Kuala and attended by 12 staff from BPSDM Aceh. Besides, the training presented 2 experts as resource speakers, they are Rahmaniah, SE., MM., the expert from Library & Archive Agency, and Fahmi, ST., M.Si., the expert from Aceh Communication, Informatics & Encoding Agency.

The training was not only aimed to promote the new digitalization application but also to increase human resources in digital-based letters and their management or archive. The participants learned how to form, organize, and keep a letter properly according to the digital-based, as well as how to put an electronic signature (TTE) and QR Code. Besides, this is recognized as an encouragement of digital security and to avoid cybercrime in the work environment of BPSDM.

In the closing ceremony that was held on 20 January 2023 at the meeting room of BPSDM, Universitas Syiah Kuala and BPSDM together appreciated this application training and both hoped can support each other for another training in the future. Also, it was expected that participants who have attended this training can imply knowledge obtained for work to strengthen their capacity.

As information, SRIKANDI application recently is still under the final development step, and it is expected to be launched on February 2023 within the BPSDM environment.
