Working Group Official Meeting on Cooperation
The coordination and cooperation meeting among work units of the university; Office of International Affairs (OIA), Kerjasama unit, Information and Communication Technology Centre (ICT), and Public Relations Office was conducted on 16 August 2021 at Balai Senat Universitas Syiah Kuala.
The meeting was aimed to conduct the synergy among the work units. Particularly, the implementation of coordination and synergy focuses on several areas such as covering and arranging cooperation documents (MoU) between Universitas Syiah Kuala and partner universities on the website, building and managing the university website for publication and information purpose, supporting the infrastructure of information technology, building unit work CMS website, constructing cooperation database, and student, lecturer and delegation database, and arranging integrated service unit (ULT) database.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Hizir, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Public Relations. Together attended the meeting was Dr. Muzailin Affan, the Chairman of OIA, Iskandar, the Director of Kerjasama unit, Dr. Nizamuddin, the Director of ICT, Ferizal, SE. the Director of Public Relations, dan staffs.
In short, this meeting was intended to make an advanced and sophisticated service for the public by providing updated information through the website and social media platform, as well as to promote the university.
The meeting also deliberated the reports from all unit works recently, updates on achievements, the progress of particular planning, and preparation for future development.
